Information the form collects

When you use the contact form, you may provide the following information:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone or mobile number, if provided
• Organization or company, if provided
• Job title or position, if provided
• Message topic
• Message content
• The language of the page used to submit the form

How the information is used

I use this information to read and respond to your inquiry and to continue a related professional conversation. I do not sell contact-form data or use it for targeted advertising.

Formspree and email

The form uses Formspree to process the information you submit. Formspree may process and store it before forwarding it to the MohyeldinX Gmail account. That processing is governed by Formspree’s privacy policy, and a copy of the correspondence may remain in Formspree or Gmail according to each service’s policies and settings.

Retention

I may retain correspondence as long as needed to respond, continue a professional relationship, or keep a reasonable record of the conversation. You may request deletion from my direct records by email; copies held by service providers remain subject to their policies and technical capabilities.

Sensitive information

Do not send passwords, payment information, access tokens, authentication data, health records, or other sensitive information through the form.

Analytics, cookies, and external content

At launch, this site does not use visitor analytics, advertising trackers, remotely hosted fonts, or automatically loaded social-media embeds. Video and social links open on external websites instead of loading their content automatically inside MohyeldinX.

External links

This site links to external services and websites with their own privacy policies. MohyeldinX does not control how those services handle your data after you leave this site.

Security

Reasonable care is taken when handling correspondence, but no electronic transmission or storage method can guarantee absolute security. This is why sensitive information should not be sent through the contact form.
